The Sustema cooling solutions are designed to keep servers and other sensitive electronics at their recommended operating temperature. They are typically implemented in areas where there is insufficient cooling capacity. This may be an existing computer room that is at or near the cooling capacity of the CRAC units or they may serve as a self-contained environment in lieu of traditional raised floor cooling.

One of the challenges in data centre facilities is heat build up in server cabinets. Smaller server sizes and greater processing speeds mean more power is needed in the cabinet. More power creates increased heat. Many data centers are finding that their existing cooling solution is not adequate for the job.

For a branch or a dusty environment, we propose the MCR, Mini Computer Room. This self contained air conditioned server cabinet does not require any piping or special installation.

It offers 35 RU of mounting space using the bottom rackmounted A/C unit. A second unit can be installed on top to increase the cooling capacity.

The Liebert CRV is a multi-option, precision air conditioner that offers temperature and humidity control. It installs within a row of data center equipment racks, providing cooling close to the server heat source for the most efficient and effective operation. The system features Liebert iCOM controls and a digital scroll compressor, resulting in high reliability and optimized system performance. The horizontal airflow is suitable for raised or non-raised floors.

Liebert CRV uses environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant, and is available in different versions, depending on the requirements:

• 20 or 35kW air-cooled and water-/glycol-cooled systems
• 40kW chilled water cooled systems
• 50 or 60Hz models cooling system is designed to operate within the row of server enclosures
